My passion for photography began 20 years ago from taking candid photos of my family. The laughter and thrilled reactions of family members was truly rewarding. As of 2004, I have pursued this passion professionally as a wedding photographer. My photography strives to capture the innate beauty that I appreciate in people and nature.
My professional photographing career began in Connecticut while driving home from work after a snowstorm had settled. The Indian restaurant, Haveli India, had been within walking distance from my house for decades, but the snow brought about gentle warmth to the oft-overlooked building. I returned to the pond with my camera, where several ducks had gathered about my feet, to capture the scene. While I gave the restaurant owner the photograph as a gift, he became Hao Le Photography’s first client.
